Home automation in St John’s Wood
St John’s Wood is a mix of large detached villas with gardens and mansion-block apartments, and each needs a different approach. Villas give us room for a proper equipment rack, wired networks and dedicated cinema rooms. Apartments call for wireless devices, compact equipment and careful work around building management rules.
Either way, Control4 brings lighting, heating, blinds, security, music and TV into one app and one set of wall panels. We design it, install it, programme it and support it. Control4 Dealer London.
Automated lighting control in St John’s Wood
We install Control4 lighting and Lutron Homeworks QS. Every room gets scenes designed for how it’s used: bright for cleaning, soft for evenings, a single “goodnight” that turns off the whole house and sets the alarm. Garden and facade lighting can run on astronomical timeclocks so it follows sunset through the year. Smart Lighting.
High-end audio and cinema
Multi-room audio with invisible plaster-in speakers, garden audio, and dedicated cinema rooms with Dolby Atmos and acoustic treatment. Multi-room audio and home cinema.
Security, access and comfort
CCTV and alarms, gate and door entry, climate control, motorised blinds and networking, all controlled from the same system.
One team from design to aftercare
Electrical, networking and programming are all done in-house. One company, one point of contact, and aftercare once you’ve moved in.
