After Care

We believe that the handover of a project is not the end but the beginning of our relationship. Electricus Audio Visual are committed to ensuring our client’s systems are monitored and maintained for the long-term and to the same high standards that were adhered to when they were installed. When you are covered by Electricus Audio Visual’s aftercare, you will have direct access to one of our programmers seven days a week from 8am -11pm.

But even with the best equipment and installation, faults do occasionally occur but we will be on-hand to resolve the situation swiftly, either on-site or remotely. In the majority of cases, we can resolve issues remotely as we receive alerts of systems that go off-line, it is important to note that the remote connection is not via the home’s network and therefore does not compromise security or privacy. If we are not able to resolve the issue remotely, we will be with you within 48 hours.

Your 12-month aftercare package is included free of charge when you have had a system installed by us and is then billable each month thereafter. This fee includes your Control4 4Sight Licence which is usually £99 + VAT per year.

You can, of course, choose not to renew your aftercare package as it is totally optional and you can still book a standard call out or telephone diagnostic should you discover an issue or need help.
